At Thermaltake, we strive to provide high-performance hardware and cooling solutions that exceed expectations; if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Log in to your Thermaltake account and navigate to the Support section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order details.
- 2.Pack Your Hardware
Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all fans, cables, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it via a trackable carrier to our designated regional service center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality and condition; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
